YARD SALE!!!!!!!

You may have heard by now that we are having a yard sale, July 31st!!!  We are obviously downsizing from 1350+ sq. ft. to 900- sq. ft.  So we must get rid of some stuff or else it is going to sit in an attic or warehouse for 3 years and then what was the point in keeping it?  We also are hoping to make enough money to pay for our moving expenses or more!
SO…………………………….
If you have some stuff that is sitting around waiting for a yard sale.  HERE IS YOUR SALE!!!  We will gladly pick up any donations.  So far we have books, clothes, a couch, a dresser and I’m sure some other things that I am not aware of yet.  Please leave me a comment or email me: marsh603@gmail.com if you have something you would like for us to pick up!
My question for those who are pros at this yard sale thing, am I missing anything from my to-do list?
TO DO:
  • Put an ad in the paper
  • Organize things so they can be easily found and sold
  • Label & Price EVERYTHING!
  • Get LOTS of $1, $5, Quarters and other various types of change
  • Set the Coffee Pot Timer to “THE CRACK OF DAWN”
  • Put out signs
I know I am missing something so, someone with experience please get me some pointers.
As always, thank you so much for reading!
Love,
Brian, Marya  & Connor

Sweet Summertime

We are counting down the days...summer is halfway over and we don't have many days left here in the South. Here is the first of hopefully many posts that will include pictures!

Georgia Aquarium at the beginning of June. Connor loved all the fish! He would say, "bish" and then go, "oh, nother one & nother one & nother one." He was so excited to see so many fish!

We camped at the lake one weekend in June! It was very very hot and helped us get excited about the 80 degree summers in MA. We took a family ride on the tube and had a blast!
Molly, Annie and Marya at Sarah Beth (McKinney) Alewine's wedding!
Fripp 2010! Marya and Connor were able to spend a week on Fripp Island at the end of June! Brian also spent the beginning and end of the week with us as well! It took a little while for Connor to get used to the sand, the sun, and the water but he eventually warmed up! By the end of the week, he loved the beach and especially the frog pool at the Cabana Club. Although, I truly believe that Connor thought the beach and pool meant snack time. He would spend a minimum of 10 minutes playing and then go straight to the beach bag looking for snacks!
Speaking of snacks, Fripp is full of deer and they love to be fed! Connor was more than willing to share his snacks with the deer!

Now, to the surprise...Connor is helping his Daddy move all the parts of his crib out of his room into the hall to make room for a big boy bed!
Connor's big boy bed! He loves it so much and has been sleeping so well!

Love Always,
Brian, Marya and Connor
